One of my favorite keto friendly BBQ’s is Primal Kitchen Golden BBQ Sauce. These wings make a great appetizer at family gatherings. Or a savory lunch when paired with quinoa!

You can pretty much eat as many as you want with out feeling guilty! They satisfy that comfort food craving. Well not having to worry too much about them being unhealthy!

THEY TASTE GOOD!!!!

Wings with no guilt attatched

Preheat oven to 425F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease with oil of choice.

Throughly wash cauliflower and broccoli, then set aside.

In a medium size bowl, mix together gluten-free flour, water and dairy-free milk. Then mix in spices, one at a time. The batter will become a thicker consistancy.

Dip cauliflower and broccoli in the batter. Shake off any excess batter before placing cauliflower and broccoli on the baking sheet.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes. When they are ready, they will be golden brown.

Well cauliflower and broccoli are in the oven, prep honey BBQ sauce. In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup to a cup of BBQ sauce with 2-3 tablespoons of honey.

When cauliflower and broccoli are done, place in bowl with BBQ sauce. Lightly toss until fully coated with sauce. Then place back on baking sheet.

Return to oven for 3-5 minutes. The longer they are in the oven, the crispier they will get!

Serve with vegan ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.

  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce Primal Kitchen Classic BBQ Sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp raw honey
