Easy & Healthy Avocado Milkshake (dairy-free & vegan)

When I first made an avocado milkshake, I was very skeptical. I don’t know about you. But the first thing that pops into my head about avocados is guacamole. Don’t get me wrong, guacamole is GOLD!!!

Avocados can be used in so many different ways.

Adding avocados into a milkshake might sound a little weird. When I first made one, I kept second guessing myself. I didn’t want to take the first sip!!! So I had someone else do it.

To my surprise, avocados bring a natural thickness and creaminess too homemade milkshakes. This makes AVOCADOS the perfect ingredient to add to a milkshake for breakfast or a late afternoon snack!

Avocados are life savers!

Did you know that avocados hold many nutritional values? Here are just a few of the many:

-They have been known to help aid digestion!

-They may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels!!!

My avocados bring all the….

This milkshake won’t take longer than 5 minutes to make!

Add avocado, coconut milk, vanilla, agave, turmeric, cardamom, ground ginger, and coconut milk ice cream. Then blend at high-speed in a blender. If you’d like to add anything else to the milkshake, go head and add it in.

The milkshake will be creamy and smooth. If the milkshake is too thick, add more milk to thin out. Taste and adjust flavor as needed. (Whether that is adding more ice cream, sweetness, or avocado.)

Divide between two serving side glasses and enjoy!
