This easy Keto Chicken Broccoli Alfredo is so savory and creamy, you’ll want to it all to yourself!

It is super easy to make, which will make it your new favorite dish. It’s a perfect way to get the kiddos to eat their veggies. Want to have a date night in? The Keto Diet is a low-carb, moderate protein, high-fat diet that can help burn fat more effectively. It’s pretty cool, there have been many studies performed on the Keto Diet. Some of the results they found are that it may help people loss weight, assist in living a healthier lifestyle, it has shown to improve performance! At one point I was on the Keto Diet.

It was actually a pretty easy diet to follow. But I later choose to live a different lifestyle. Well I was on the Keto Diet I experimented with different dishes and flavors!

This Keto Chicken Broccoli is one of my favorite things to make, till this day!

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil. Add chicken , salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Flip chicken every 2 minutes until fully cooked. Leave in skillet once done.

Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

Add cream cheese while whisking constantly. Slowly add half and half. Whisk until smooth.

Add Parmesan cheese while whisking continuously.

Add oregano, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder, whisk until combined. Simmer for about 2 minutes. Check for taste and ad dmore herbs as needed. Remove from heat.

Over medium heat, add broccoli into chicken. Add Alfredo sauce. Stir and simmer for about 5-8minutes.

Serve topped with shaved Parmesan and garnish with parsley!

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese cut into smaller pieces
  • 2 cup half and half
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese add more if needed
  • 1 tsp dried ground oregano
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp ground garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground onion powder
  • 18 ounces organic broccoli & cauliflower steamed
  • 3-3.5 lbs chicken breast cut in cubes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp ground garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Broccoli: You can use fresh broccoli or frozen, both work beautifully for this dish.
Alfredo Sauce: Garlic….if you are a fan of garlic add 5-6 cloves. If you aren’t the biggest fan of garlic you can cut it down to 2-3 cloves. 
Season Alfredo Sauce to your liking. Remember recipes are just guidelines!
