Sometimes you have to sacrifice taste for healthy-ness….which is lame. I have been on this trend the past few weeks of looking for quick, easy, healthy snack recipes.
I was sitting in my kitchen, when the thought of peanut butter and jelly crossed my mind. Wouldn’t it be cool to make bliss balls that tasted like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!?
I don’t know about you, but I am secretly a BIG fan of PB& J’s. It’s a dynamic duo old as time!
Add mixed nut butter, raspberries, oats, dates and honey to a food processor and pulse until it forms into sticky dough.
Using your hands, roll into bite-sized balls and roll into raw oats to top as desired.
Melt white chocolate in a small bowl. Dip balls into chocolate and then into sprinkles. Let air dry for at least 10 minutes. Or eat well chocolate is still warm!
Store in fridge in an airtight container.
Now it is time to enjoy a few of these bad boys this weekend!
