  1. In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil. Add chicken , salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Flip chicken every 2 minutes until fully cooked. Leave in skillet once done.

  2. Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

  3. Add cream cheese while whisking constantly. Slowly add half and half. Whisk until smooth.

  4. Add Parmesan cheese while whisking continuously.

  5. Add oregano, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder, whisk until combined. Simmer for about 2 minutes. Check for taste and add more herbs as needed. Remove from heat.

  6. Over medium heat, add broccoli into chicken. Add Alfredo sauce (you can add all of the alfredo or half of it). Stir and simmer for about 5-8minutes.

  7. Serve topped with shaved Parmesan and garnish with parsley!

Broccoli: You can use fresh broccoli or frozen, both work beautifully for this dish.

Alfredo Sauce: Garlic....if you are a fan of garlic add 5-6 cloves. If you aren't the biggest fan of garlic you can cut it down to 2-3 cloves.
