Vegan peppermint sugar cookies were made in my test kitchen a few years ago. One of my dear friends had just gone vegan and she was missing all the holiday treats. At the time vegan treats and products were not as accessible as they are today. I decided to surprise her and began my journey on learning how to bake vegan.

Learning new things can be a challenge. Sometimes things come out great. Other times they were a complete fail, like what did I just bake fail. Thankfully over the years I have acquired some knowledge about vegan baking! Cheers to learning and growing, am I right?
