Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 scallions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup bacon bites
  • 2.3 ounces everything but the bagel seasoning
  • crackers or vegetables for serving
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, scallions, and bacon bites. Form a ball, then wrap it with plastic wrap. Then, chill in fridge for 30 minutes.

  2. Once the ball has set, using a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper, and pour the everything but the bagel seasoning on it. Roll the ball into the seasoning blend until there is an even coat around the ball.

  3. To make the cheeseball resemble a pumpkin, you'll need 4 rubber bands. You'll crisscross the runner bands across each other one by one. The ball will start forming. Place the ball into the fridge until ready to serve.

  4. When ready to serve take the rubber bands off and unwrap the plastic wrap gently. To make a faux pumpkin stem, use the tip of a chopstick, stem of a bell pepper or stem of a small pumpkin. Then place at the top of your cheeseball. 

    Place the pumpkin cheese ball on a serving tray with crackers or vegetables. You are ready to enjoy!
