You won’t have to prepare any crust or dough. For this recipe you will use a pre-made Pillsbury dough or something similar. Just open the pre-made dough and you are ready to go! The crescents are dusted with a cinnamon sugar topping. If time is of the essence in your household this recipe is quick and easy.
What you’ll need?

To make these crescent rolls you’ll need the following:
- refrigerated crescent roll dough, we like using Pillsbury crescent rolls
- pumpkin puree, homemade or store bought
- brown sugar
- maple syrup
- pumpkin spice
- unsalted butter
- sugar
- cinnamon
- can of whipped cream for topping
Your may have some of these ingredients in your household already! If you happen not too, most of these can be found at your local grocery store. *Measurements can be found on recipe card.
How to make Pumpkin Pie Crescent Rolls?

Preheat the oven to 375F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup and pumpkin spice.
Unroll crescent dough on a cutting board. Follow the lines provided on the crescents. Pull apart in triangles. Evenly spread the pumpkin mixture over the crescent dough. Then roll them up just as you would a normal crescent. Brush melted butter generously over each crescent.
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over each crescent. Bake in the oven for 8-11 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with whipping cream on the side.
