  1. Thinly slice kohlrabi, making into matchsticks. (Peel and trim kohlrabi. Cut off the ends, cut in half. Then thinly slice.)

  2. Cut carrots into thinly planks.

  3. Place in a medium bowl with chopped bell peppers, cilantro, almonds and lemon zest.

  4. Squeeze lemons into a small bowl. Whisk together, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  5. Toss with salad. Refrigerate until serving. Garnish with zest, almonds and cilantro. Also tastes delicious the next day!
