Using a sharp knife, cut a watermelon in half. Then slice off a piece down the middle, about 2 inches thick (this will become the “crust”) The individually slice the crust into 6 slices. Using a spoon, dollop a spoonful of your yogurt on the watermelon slices leaving a bit of empty space on the edges of your “crust”. Layer your fresh fruit on top as you please. Get creative with it!! You can add as little or as many toppings as you like! (We like a happy medium, but that’s just us!) Garnish with fresh mint for an extra refreshing taste if desired.
