First Official Weekend of Summer

The summer solicits was this past Friday. Which means it is officially summer. I wanted to apologize for being absent last week. My kitchen has been slowly getting renovated. I got a new fridge and floors! Due to this I didn’t have access to a fridge to store ice cream!!!

This recipe is for fro-yo lovers! A simple DIY Recipe, that will be ready in 2 hours!

In a blender add Greek yogurt, strawberries and agave. Blend at high speed for 1 minute.

Then, blend at medium speed until fully blended.

Click here to find ice pop mold!

Pour batter into ice pop molds.

Follow manufactures instructions. Allow to freeze for at least two hours.

Enjoy your pop with a glass of wine! I sure enjoyed sitting outside listening to the birds. Sipping on my wine and enjoying this tasteful, healthy strawberry pop!
