  • Donut worry! It’s almost the weekend 🥰 Happy National Donut Day foodie besties!!! 

I’m a pretty simple gal when it comes to donuts. My favorite are homemade ones. Baked to perfection with homemade glaze and sprinkles on top 🤤 This style of donuts takes me back to baking in my grandma’s kitchen 🥰

  • Our second Tapas Tuesday’s! We have a delicious seafood recipe, Gambas al Ajillo (Shrimp in Garlic Sauce) Recipe below.

This is a classic Spanish tapa, that can be found in every region in Spain. 

We love pairing this recipe with a fresh loaf of bread, to dunk in the garlic sauce! Perfection 🤤

✨Ingredients✨

3/4 pound shrimp, preferably shelled
Sea salt
8 tbsp olive oil
2-3 large cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 tsp red chili pepper flakes
3/4 tsp paprika 
1/2 cup fresh minced parsley 

✨Instructions✨ 

If you are using fresh shrimp dry well and sprinkle with salt on both sides. If you are using frozen shrimp go ahead and add the salt on both sides as well. Let the shrimp sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes. 

Heat the oil in the pan. Add garlic and chili peppers and let the garlic start turning brown.  Add the shrimp and stir for about two minutes until the shrimp is just done. 

Sprinkle in the paprika parsley and just a little bit more salt. Serve immediately right in the cooking dish or in a serving dish with the garlic sauce.

 Grab yourself a good dunking bread loaf and you are ready to enjoy these shrimp!
