Banana’s For Banana Pudding
I’m going bananas!
Somehow I ended up with two bundles of bananas. I needed to get rid of a few. I was thinking of what to make. I realized, BANANA PUDDING! When I was a kid, I hated banana pudding. Until my grandma gave me this recipe. I LOVE it!
Pre cut your two bananas. Set them aside.
Pour cold milk into a large bowl.
Combine vanilla pudding mix into cold mix.
Mix for 1 minute. It will be creamy once mixed.
Add condensed milk. Mix for one minute.
Add 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream and vanilla. Mix for 2 minutes.
Then add sliced bananas. Mix until fully blended into pudding.
Your pudding should look something like this! It will be creamy and smooth.
If you want a more fluffy pudding add some whip cream. Fold it in.
Place pudding in fridge for one hour.
Time to Layer!
Use a glass bowl! If you don’t have one, that is okay. Use any bowl that you have available.
Crush about two cups of vanilla wafers in a separate bowl. Then add a thin layer on the bottom of the bowl.
Add a layer of the pudding over the wafers.
Using whole wafers add on top of pudding.
Then add more crushed vanilla wafers.
Add as many layers as you would like. Until all the pudding is gone.
Add whole wafers around the top of the pudding.
Top off with the last bit of crushed wafers!
Cover pudding and place in fridge for 2 hours.
Your pudding is ready to be enjoyed. Enjoy with yummy pudding all summer long.
