Breakfast Made Easy
The past few days I haven’t felt so well. Which means I haven’t been in the mood to really cook or bake anything to crazy.
I was inspired to make something that wasn’t too difficult. The hardest part of this recipe is mixing your granola recipe together (but this should be a breeze).
Recipe

Getting Started

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Measure out all your ingredients.
In a large add all your dry ingredients. (Oats, PB Fit powder, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon)
Add the chocolate chips. Then mix together all the dry ingredients.
Add honey into bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg and vanilla together. Add egg mixture to oats.
Mix everything until it is all covered with honey and eggs.

Tasty!

On a cookie sheet add a piece of parchment paper. Then pour oats onto sheet. Press oats down softly.

If you want to add a spring touch, add a few pieces of spring colored chocolate on the top.
Bake for 30 minutes!

Your granola will have a nice golden color. Set granola aside to cool down.

Add a cup of yogurt into a bowl. Slice a few strawberries!
Top with your homemade granola. You are ready to enjoy this delicious breakfast.

With the left over granola, store it in a sealed container. The granola has a shelf life of about 3 weeks!
So if you are feeling lazy one morning, or really craving something sweet but with not too many calories, you can reach for this!
With love,
