  • 15 oz canned black beans drained
  • 15 oz canned garbanzo beans drained

  • onion diced

  • Set Pressure Cooker to Sauté mode and set to 10 minutes. Add olive oil to the pot. Sauté onions and garlic for about 2 minutes. Then add in ground meat. Allow the meat to cook until browned. Break up the meat with a spatula as you stir.
  • Mix in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined with meat.
  • Add tomatoe sauce and canned diced tomatoes to the pot. Give it a good stir. Then add in cacao powder and sugar, stirring constantly until well combined.
  • Lastly add all the beans into the pot. Give beans one last stir. Then place the lid on the Pressure Cooker. Set the Pressure Cooker to Chili/Bean setting or Manual Setting. Make sure the dail is set to Sealing. Set cook time for 20 minutes and medium pressure.
  • Once cooking is complete, release the pressure either manually but changing dail at the top to Release or allow it to release naturally. Be cautious while releasing pressure. We suggest using a towel to protect you from the steam. It can be REALLY hot!
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings
