Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup organic cane sugar or organic coconut palm sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 5-6 cups cups vanilla coconut ice cream or any vanilla ice cream
  • 3 oz white rum optional if making into cocktail
  • ice cubes place in cups
  • lemon slices garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add lemon juice, sugars water, (white rum if making a cocktail) and ice cream into a fast speed blender. Blend at medium speed for about 1 minute. Until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Add a few ice cubes into a tall glass. Pour Frosted Lemonade into cup. Garnish with lemon slices!
