Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until desired consistency. Drain, the rise through with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, peppers, cucumber, artichoke hearts with liquid, and tomatoes.
Pour dressing over pasta. Gently stir until combined.
Add feta cheese and basil, stir gently.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill until you are ready to serve.
