Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cinnoman, baking powder, and salt together.
Add butter into flour mixture and using a pastry blender or a fork. Mix until crumbly.
Add chopped apples and walnuts, stir.
Pour in milk and stir until incorporated.
Remove the batter from the bowl and place on a powdered sugar covered surface. Knead about 6-8 times.
Form a rectangle, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Then cut into 8 diagonal pieces (they should look like triangles at the end) and place in a baking sheet. Or place into a scone pan.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until browned on the top.
Take scones out of the oven and let rest. Meanwhile mix powdered sugar and milk together to make a glaze.
Drizzle over each scone.
